Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Australia.

If shipping is available to additional countries, this will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Australia: 6–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Vellora is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures
  • Postal or courier service disruptions
  • Extreme weather events
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Vellora is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.

Vellora is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For Australian orders, applicable taxes are included where required by law.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply outside Australia.
