Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Personal preference
  • Orders placed by mistake

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

After reviewing your claim, we may offer:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund

Returns

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, a return is generally not required. In certain cases, we may request additional information before approving a replacement or refund.
